"Step forth, Alven D. Arks." A single voice broke the midnight darkness, within the dim candle lit ruin hall ways of Chronos. There stood a single woman, dressed in a military uniform, holding a long wrapped object. There stepped forth a young man, not even twenty yet. When he stepped forth he had a cold and vicious look within his eyes one with the clear intent to kill. But the woman only smiled at him, and how odd it may be his appearance changed his eyes the same but he held a smile. It was indeed strange to see, two killers smiling at one another.

"Alven D. Holloway, I Sephiria Arks, now present to you, with the Spear Gungnir. Forged from the worlds strongest metal orichalcum thus it shall never fade or break. This spear was whiled by Belze Rochefort whom lost his life three months ago. I now pass it on to you, Number II Alven D. Arks. You are now one of us, may your conviction never dull as your blade never shall." With this short speech he took hold of the blade. Slamming the butt of the spear into the ground he stood at attention. " II you are to go to Castoral City, and locate the girl, Eve, she is thirteen now. You are not allowed to let her know whom you are, or who you are with. Obtain the Location of Train Heartnet, and report back here. There will be a informant reaching you each month. They will supply you with all that you need to complete this mission. Go now, Alven and keep the girl safe." Sephiria told him, and that was all before he left. Now here he was walking down the road, sighing. "Why couldn't they of dropped me off closer..." Groaned Alven, as he had already taken up his more off duty attitude. There it was, Castoral City, now his search for Eve could begin.

Eve sighed walking into the bar once againa nd walking up to the bounty board and sighing looking at the different criminals and grabbing one of the higher priced and more dangerous bounties and stepping back out of the bar. She was only 13 but after the events of the Eden project she wasnt going to be with anyone ever again. She had seen Train only once after it and that was a brief visit. She now adorned the hat worn by Sven after he died earlier. She felt alone but fought through it as she walked down the streets and looked at a man behind her. Fairly large and built she sighed and turned "Yes..." she said in her usual emotionless tone. The man made to snatch the wanted poster from his hand but she reacted and a strand of hair shot out to grab him. Back to it ankle length she smiled and pulled him into the ground as she grew her white wings and jumped up flying away to seek out this new bounty. She sighed and looked at the name and picture "Riko Tsubaka" she said flying across the town dropping the paper letting it float down to the city.

To fit in with the normal people, Alven had changed from his normal clothes. Now he wandered the town wearing a black hoddie, and baggy black pants. He went along with head phones with a informant on the other side. He had a number of people looking at him, as he had back pack holding Gungnir to his back. The spear was wrapped in cloth so it couldn't be seen, but most guessed it was not something pleasant. He let out a sigh and looked to the sky.

"Anything to report, Gealz?" Alven whispered to himself, and the response came through the head phones. "No sir, we haven't located her yet, but it seemed she left the Sweeper lounge a few minutes ago." the voice come through the headphones. "Gotcha, guess im going to at least get some exercise. Report in anything you hear, I am going to the Sweeper lounge." Alven said clearing the channel of talk. He went straight for the Sweeper lounge. As he went along he found a paper on the ground, a wanted poster? Snatching it up he tucked it away and went into the Sweeper lounge.

He sat down at a stool, "Excuse me, miss have you seen this girl?" He asked holding up a picture of Eve to the woman behind the bar. "Yes she left a little while ago, a odd girl quite spiteful, it seemed." She said, and the man who sat a seat away from him looked over. He was a tad beat up, and was in fact the man who tried taking the poster from her. "That little bitch is going to get what she deserves. " The man said grumbling aloud. "Oh, stop it, don't go on ranting she grew wings and flyed away." The woman went to a retort to him. "Thank you for you help." Alven said leaving the lounge.

"Gealz, Locate Riko Tsubaka and do a sweep of the sky. Were on the hunt for him, because where Riko is, Eve will soon follow." Alven laughed in a rather dark tone. He bolted off into the city running only at the speed most people went getting directions from Gealz."

She landed at the beginning of the northside of town and sighed looking perfect for a kidnapping or something. She looked at the houses and statred to walk forward and moved to the place she had located Tsubaka to be and sighed stepping forward to see it more clearly. She nodded and moved into the courtyard of the manor walking straight as she was going to capture him. A few guards nothing that she couldnt handle attack her and were distpatched quickly with her hair turning to swords. She smiled slightly as she kept moving forward into the house as she left a trail of bodies on her way to the main office building.

Moving with swiftness Alven went along. This all reminded him of before he was a Number. When he was just a simple Assassin, that was four years ago. He joined Chronos after Train had left. He had been taken in by Sephira Arks. Alven was a orphan for as long as he remembered, which was not much before he began killing.

Alven had began killing those who he saw as ruining the world. He had a twisted idea of justice, that the police, criminals, politicians were all evils in the world. He killed those he could that he felt were evil. Eventually he had attracted Chronos's attention. "Sir.... Sir..... SIR!" Alven heard Gealz yelling at him through the head set. "Sir I have located Riko Tsubaka and there seems to be a blond haired girl heading that way. It is possibly the subject, Sir. This Riko is on the northern side of the town at point 87569A" Gealz stated to Alven, with a sigh.

"Good job Gealz, anything on the target Riko?" Alven asked as he ran in a new direction to the point which he was told. "Subject is Riko Tsubaka, Age forty two, Blood type O, stands 5'10, weight 240, Muscular type, The Subject is prone to have a extreme temper due to steroids from past experiences. Riko seems to have high levels of physical strength, which is unnatural to normal humans unaffected by drugs or any other force. He has a fetish with and watching be raped young woman till there death. Sir if I may ask why are we doing this? This is insane a number going after a girl who has no worth now." Gealz said aloud not in disobedience to his orders just misunderstanding. "I don't know Gealz, but I asked us to do this, and she leads Chronos now, I will not turn my back on this order." He said going back to his orders. ' Do not allow her to know you are Chronos, from here on you are a number in hiding. Your number has been hidden, act as a sweeper and gain her trust.' Shaking his head he blew on now in the shadows of the less populated northern side.

Eve walked through the main building swiftly as the door blew open and she looked at him "Im here for you" she said expressionless as the guards moved over to her. She watched him as the guards grabbed ehr arms and held her still, she watched as he approached and smiled at her "Spiteful thing arent you well we can fix that" he said as the gurads sat her on the table and held her down as Riko moved ove rher. She laid still before the area around her began to shake. Riko wasnt lucky with this one since he was wanted dead or alive Eve was set, the guards gripped her arms tighter as her hair started to move up around their necks and pulled them together. She killed them quickly and looked at riko as her arms glinted slowly as they changed into large blades. She looked at him and struck quickly as he fell to the ground she grabebd him and began running out of the window quickly. She jumped out and her wings materialized and she began to fly off to the police station to drop off her prize. She ahdnt killed him just stunned him.

Alven got to the point only to catch he to late, she had began flying away. "Shit..." Alven said watching her flap away. Alven pressed a finger on the head phones. "Gealz we got to shoot her down she should recover quickly. Shoot her wing to bring her down!" Alven said aloud talking to Gealz. But all that came through was fuzz. "Gealz. Gealz. GEALZ!" Alven yelled into the head phones, Gealz was always his partner for the last four years.

"So sorry sir, but this Gealz is going to be taking a long nap, that I don't think he will be waking up from. But all do one better, all shoot the girl through the head" A cruel voice came through the headphones. The Black side of Alven was coming out. This man had just killed his partner and informant as was endangering his mission. "So you killed Gealz you little Whelp. Your going to die today, and be sure it will not be pleasant." A cruel voice that chilled to the bone. The man was on top of the building holding Gealz's Sinper rifle Gealrom. It was a normal gun just with a nickname.

"Time to die gir-" He was cut off by shaking, a feel of deep murderous intent was strangling him. A black figure above him, holding a spear dripping with blood of the remaining guards, that were near by. With a scream he fired sending the bullet flying. Right after the spear lopped his head, with one powerful slam. There was no way to stop the bullet now it was to far, and at that speed there was no way for her to block it now either. The bullet pierced her shoulder blade going right through it, as well as piercing through her wing.

It cased imbalanced and as a bird, either she was going to fall, her prey, or them both. Alven made a quick move running along the roofs to try and try and get to her before any impact. "Let me make it..." He said to himself, now the mission was a personal vendetta to him since Gealz lost his life to complete it.

She felt the shrp pain through her shoulder and cried out as she blacked out ehr wings falling back and disappearing as she fell to the ground her catch still in her hands as she fell back to the ground. The wind whipped past ehr hair as she closed her eyes and left the world for unconciousness. He speed was great and her height was huge a death on impact if she hit the ground.

Alven ran at his max speed, he was as a blur, like any of the Numbers would. 'shortest jump, shortest jump.' was all that went through his head. He needed to find it and fast, there was no way he could catch both of them. The man fell like a ton of bricks and she fell at a slower pace. He found his move he jumped as they fell past him. He snatched Eve, and used Riko as a prop to jump back up across the way.

As he landed with Eve in his arms he heard a splat. No doubt Riko's body hitting the ground. "Well at least theres still money in this." Alven stated in a cold tone. He went through all the work of calling the police getting the needed paper work as Eve was out cold. He returned her to his hotel room which was pretty ritzy. Sighing he lied Eve on the bed.

She was still knocked out but her wound was healing. Alven for once though of something other than his duty. Her helpless body lied there, fully open for him. Slowly his hand reached down to pull away her top, when a knock on the door came. "Shit..." He grumbled and went to the door and delt with the made, shooing her away.

She was out cold after being shot her body was healing but it was taking ehr a lot of energy to do it so she was unconcious until she could regain it the healing process was slow but she would eb up and ready sooner or later. She didnt feel anything of him removing her top or the maid or anything.

Alven went back to the girl on the bed. Eve still a small frail little girl, it was a surprise to see. A small girl like this could easily gather information from older men. If she just showed of a bit of little girl charm. Even if she didn't her body may have done it. He couldn't help but get a hard on just looking at her, though she did have blood stains on her body and dress.

He found his excuse to undress her which he did. He took her to the bath room and began running the water and bubble bath. Slowly he stripped her of her clothes fondling her as he went along. He then lied her into the water, turning it off. He couldn't take it though her nude there, he stripped himself and got in with her. Either way he had to bath the knocked out girl.

He got behind and under her, with one easy slide. 'So soft' he thought as he felt her skin. He couldn't see what he was doing through the bubbles but felt it. His hands up and down her body, but his hips began to move on there own. Slowly they move in between Eves, lower cheeks, he was hot dogging her. One hand rested on her breast softly moving around her nipple.

He seemed rather at a unease at doing this as he normally just killed. But by no means was this his first.
